HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Data, Security and Account Retention Practice

We apply a consistent set of account-security and data-handling practices across all 918ssk accounts. Below are the four areas we manage directly — each one affecting how your account and personal information are held.

Data Handling and Storage

Account data is stored with SSL encryption. We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties outside those needed to process your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay transactions.

Cookie Policy

We use session and analytics cookies to keep your account logged in and to understand how the lobby is used. You can adjust cookie preferences through the footer link on any page.

Account Security and Verification

Login uses an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Withdrawals require identity verification matched against the payment method on your account — this step cannot be skipped.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

We retain account records as required under applicable rules. You may request a copy of your data or ask for deletion via Account Settings or the policy email — we respond within the timeframe local law requires.

POLICY CONTACT PATHS

How to Reach Us About Legal or Account Policy

If any part of our legal terms is unclear, or if you need to submit a formal request about your account data, our policy team is reachable through the channels below. Policy requests are handled separately from general account queries — use the dedicated legal contact path for faster routing.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from your account dashboard to raise a policy or account-terms question directly. Queries are routed to the policy team when you select the Legal category.
Email — Policy Requests Send formal data or account requests to our policy mailbox. Include your registered account ID and the nature of your request so we can process it without delay.
Account Settings Panel Your current agreed terms, policy version and data preferences are viewable inside Account Settings. You can submit a data-access or deletion request directly from that panel.

Your Rights and Our Policies — Common Questions

These are the questions we hear most often about account terms, data rights and legal access. If your question is not covered here, use the live chat or policy email to get a direct answer.

Yes. Access to our platform is available only where local law permits. You are responsible for confirming that using our services is lawful in your location before opening or funding an account.

We hold your registration details, transaction records including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay activity, login history and any correspondence with our support team. Request a copy via Account Settings.

Submit a deletion request through Account Settings or email our policy mailbox with your account ID. We process requests within the period required by applicable rules and confirm by email when done.

Transaction disputes involving Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay must go through both your e-wallet provider and our policy team. Raise the dispute in your e-wallet app first, then contact us with the reference number.

We notify you of material policy changes via your registered email or the in-account notification panel. Continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Contact our policy team via the email channel listed above. Provide your account ID and a clear description. We investigate all formal policy complaints and respond in writing within a reasonable period.
